Cait’s role will center on advancing digital strategy, creative storytelling, and experience design across MERGE’s technology and healthcare clients. Her background in building growth, privacy, and safety features at Meta, coupled with prior roles at New Kind, Centerline Digital, and Globant, equips her to deliver evocative, consumer-grade experiences that align with business outcomes.
Before Meta, Cait spearheaded brand strategy for SaaS and technology clients at New Kind and led global redesigns and content campaigns for IBM, Red Hat, and GE at Centerline Digital. At Globant, she transformed customer journeys in insurance and healthcare through service design. Her work at Campbell Alliance further honed methodologies for pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, enhancing managed markets and clinical development.
