BT and Infobip are extending their successful UK collaboration from 2022 into a worldwide partnership, combining BT's global voice and inbound contact capabilities with Infobip's leading cloud communications platform to deliver modern AI-driven services for multinational enterprises.

Driving Global Connectivity Innovations

The expanded partnership between BT and Infobip aims to advance innovations in global connectivity, providing businesses with seamless, secure, and scalable customer communication across all channels. By merging BT's expertise in international voice services with Infobip's cloud communications platform, multinational companies can now leverage AI-powered tools to enhance customer engagement. This collaboration builds on their established UK success, extending AI-driven capabilities worldwide to streamline operations and improve customer experience.

Empowering Intelligent Customer Journeys

At the heart of this partnership are advanced conversational AI features that allow companies to create human-like interactions at scale. Businesses can design intelligent customer journeys using simple prompts, eliminating the need for extensive programming knowledge. Infobip's platform provides RCS, WhatsApp, and SMS messaging services, while BT's International Contact Global (ICG) package delivers toll-free international numbers and inbound voice services. Under the agreement, Infobip becomes an authorized reseller for BT's ICG services, and BT will offer Infobip's messaging solutions to its customers.

Unifying Contact Centers as Virtual Networks

This expansion enables enterprises to operate their customer contact centers as a single virtual network, integrating voice and messaging functions for comprehensive global communication. Companies gain access to phone numbers in more than 130 countries and can manage inbound calls from over 180 countries. Rich digital messaging enhances customer interactions, providing a unified approach to omnichannel engagement that boosts efficiency and reach.
