Mica Dolan, currently ATI’s President and COO, has been appointed as the new CEO of Advanced Technology International, effective December 1, 2025. With more than two decades of experience in leading flexible R&D acquisition solutions for government and industry, Dolan is poised to steer ATI into its next growth phase. Her expertise in strategic growth and operational excellence positions her to enhance ATI’s role as the curator of the largest private sector innovation ecosystem.
