Intel 471, a leading provider of cyber intelligence-driven solutions, announced the launch of Verity471 on July 31, 2025, a next-generation cyber threat intelligence (CTI) platform designed to unify and streamline security operations. Verity471 integrates Intel 471’s suite of solutions, delivering actionable insights to enhance collaboration, optimize workflows, and enable proactive defense against cyber threats.

Quick Intel

  • Verity471 launched on July 31, 2025, unifying Intel 471’s CTI solutions.

  • Features three portfolios: Cyber Threat Exposure, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Threat Hunting.

  • Includes two new Cyber Threat Exposure modules: Attack Surface Exposure and Third-Party Exposure.

  • Provides real-time insights into digital footprints, vulnerabilities, and third-party risks.

  • Enhances security with transparent risk scores and prioritized remediation.

  • Showcased at Black Hat USA 2025, booth #5742.

Unified Platform for Proactive Defense

Verity471 consolidates Intel 471’s intelligence capabilities into a single, intuitive platform, moving beyond traditional CTI by offering operationalized insights out of the box. It enables security teams to anticipate, address, and neutralize threats, strengthening overall security posture. The platform supports a range of use cases through three core portfolios:

  • Cyber Threat Exposure: Provides visibility into an organization’s digital footprint and vulnerabilities, identifying exposure points across internet-facing assets.

  • Cyber Threat Intelligence: Delivers high-fidelity data on active threats, malware campaigns, vulnerabilities, and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for informed decision-making.

  • Threat Hunting: Equips teams with tools to proactively detect and neutralize hidden threats within networks, even those evading traditional controls.

“Verity471 represents our dedication to advancing cybersecurity,” said Jason Passwaters, CEO of Intel 471. “We built Verity471 with these requirements in mind, using our extensive threat-informed expertise to close the enduring industry gap between analysts and corporate imperatives.”

New Cyber Threat Exposure Modules

Verity471 introduces two innovative modules within its Cyber Threat Exposure portfolio, enhancing external attack surface management and third-party risk mitigation:

  • Attack Surface Exposure: An intelligence-driven external attack surface management (EASM) module that identifies critical asset exposures, prioritizes patching based on active threats, and provides a transparent risk-scoring dashboard with actionable CTI reports.

  • Third-Party Exposure: Offers real-time insights into third-party risks, such as vendors and suppliers, using transparent risk scores enriched with Intel 471’s data on breaches and threat activities to adapt security controls proactively.

“In the contemporary interconnected landscape, organizations are compelled to leverage global supply chains, integrated vendors, and outsourced technology providers,” said Michael DeBolt, Chief Intelligence Officer at Intel 471. “With the introduction of Verity471, security teams are now equipped to operationalize critical intelligence with the speed and context they need to precisely defend their external attack surface and preempt third-party risks.”

Industry Context and Impact

Verity471 builds on Intel 471’s acquisition of Cyborg Security in 2024, which enhanced its threat-hunting capabilities, growing its customer base by 65%. The platform evolves from the TITAN SaaS platform, integrating human-led, automation-enhanced intelligence to monitor cybercriminal forums, marketplaces, and messaging groups. With a 43% rise in zero-day vulnerabilities in 2023 and emerging threats like deepfakes and hacktivist groups such as KillNet, Verity471 addresses the dynamic cyber landscape.

Showcased at Black Hat USA 2025 (booth #5742), Verity471 empowers enterprises and governments with real-time insights into adversaries, malware, and vulnerabilities, enabling faster detection and response. Intel 471’s partnerships with platforms like ThreatConnect and CyCognito further amplify its impact, integrating CTI into SIEM, SOAR, and other security ecosystems.
