Guidewire, a leading platform for property and casualty (P&C) insurers, has appointed Brigette McInnis-Day as Chief People Officer, reporting to CEO Mike Rosenbaum. In this role, McInnis-Day will oversee the global People and Enterprise Business Operations teams, fostering a high-performance culture to support Guidewire's growth and innovation in the insurance sector.
McInnis-Day brings extensive experience in scaling organizations, embedding AI and digital transformation, and building high-performing global teams. At UiPath, she guided the company's people strategy during rapid enterprise growth, integrating AI into HR operations. Her background includes senior positions at Google Cloud and SAP, where she advanced operational efficiency and business expansion.
