AgentCloak leverages tuned AI to deliver a groundbreaking approach to data protection and compliance. The technology generalizes sensitive information, converting identifiers such as names, addresses, and account numbers into compliant formats. For example, “Berlin” may become “EU,” while personal details like “32” are transformed into the “30-39” bracket.
The platform also supports robust data minimization by identifying and cloaking nuanced information in context, such as distinguishing “father’s test results” in a medical interaction. Using Sovereign AI models trained on local data, AgentCloak ensures country-specific sensitivity detection, including medical and regional terms.
AgentCloak enables AI agents to operate securely across jurisdictions while adhering to stringent global AI and data regulations. With compatibility for the EU AI Act, China’s PIPL, and Saudi Arabia’s PDPL, the solution integrates seamlessly with modern agentic workflows as an MCP Server, MCP Proxy, or A2A Proxy. It also supports agent training and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with cloaked digital twins, while allowing secure data “uncloaking” through identity-based authorization.
“As AI is posed to revolutionize industries, prioritizing data privacy, trust, and compliance is critical,” said Peter Yared, Founder and CEO of InCountry. “We’ve been collaborating on AgentCloak for over a year with our customers and partners, and we’re excited to launch general availability and supporting businesses with compliant AI agent deployments within countries and across borders.”
The new investment will accelerate InCountry’s research and development initiatives, strengthen strategic partnerships, and expand its global presence. InCountry’s trusted relationships with both large enterprises and regulatory bodies uniquely position it to scale AgentCloak’s adoption worldwide.
“We’re thrilled to back InCountry’s vision for global AI data protection,” said Melissa Guzy, General Partner at Arbor Ventures. “AgentCloak’s AI-powered data generalization and secure digital twin technology will help enterprises protect their customer data within countries and across borders.”
