With over 20 years of experience, Kappers will focus on scaling operations, enhancing employee experiences, and advancing AI-driven initiatives to fuel the company's momentum and long-term growth strategy.
Justin Kappers joins Infoblox from NetApp, where he served as Vice President of Enterprise Applications, leading a global team to modernize core business systems including CRM, CPQ, and subscription management platforms. His efforts leveraged automation and AI to streamline processes, boosting productivity in Customer Success, Support, and Sales areas. At Infoblox, Kappers will apply this expertise to scale IT operations, ensuring alignment with business priorities for sustained growth.
Kappers' role emphasizes integrating AI to enhance operational efficiency and deliver superior value to customers and employees. Prior to NetApp, he held key positions at Broadcom, establishing the Enterprise Program Management Office and serving as IT Chief of Staff, managing strategy, supplier relations, communications, investments, and controls. His early career at Deloitte involved application implementations, IT process engagements, and Sarbanes-Oxley evaluations in Chicago and Sydney, building a foundation in consultative IT leadership.
