Phil Mottram, who joined HPE in 2019, steps into the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, bringing over 30 years of experience in the technology sector. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Growth Markets and led HPE Aruba Networking for four years, achieving record revenue growth and profitability through innovation and operational discipline. His extensive sales leadership background, including roles at AT&T, Sprint, BT, Telstra, CSL, Vodafone, and Zayo, positions him to drive HPE’s global sales strategy across Servers, Hybrid Cloud solutions, and the partner ecosystem.

Heiko Meyer, retiring after 38 years, leaves a significant legacy at HPE.
