Crossmedia, a leading independent global media agency, has named Bobby Singh as its new Chief Financial Officer to spearhead its growth and enhance operational and commercial foundations. With 25 years of experience, Singh will lead financial strategy, implement scalable business models, and strengthen client partnerships through innovative practices.
Bobby Singh will drive Crossmedia’s financial strategy, focusing on scalable business models and technology investments, including AI-powered infrastructure. His role includes strengthening enterprise-wide systems, shaping team-empowering operating models, and developing commercial practices across social, content, and commerce. “Bobby has an exceptional ability to unite strategic finance and operational innovation,” said Kamran Asghar, Global CEO and Co-Founder of Crossmedia. Singh’s leadership will enhance Crossmedia’s Principal Based Buying (PBB) capabilities and support its globally distributed workforce.
With a career spanning nearly 25 years, Singh previously held key roles at WPP, where he developed pricing models, go-to-market strategies, and led global commercial operations. His expertise in aligning finance, operations, and client service will fuel Crossmedia’s expansion. “Media has never been more complex, and agencies need the right mix of financial discipline, technology investment, and commercial creativity,” Singh noted, emphasizing his goal to position Crossmedia as a global leader.
Singh’s appointment follows Crossmedia’s strategic leadership hires, including Jess Lewis as Global Chief Technology Officer and Kamran Asghar’s elevation to Global CEO. His focus on scalable systems and data capabilities will help Crossmedia compete with holding companies while delivering flexible solutions for clients, including U.S. Bank, Etihad Airways, and Airbus.
