Apollo.io has named Phil Moon as its new Chief Financial Officer as the company enters its next phase of enterprise growth and platform expansion. In his new role, Moon will oversee the company’s global finance operations and support long-term strategic scaling initiatives.

Most recently, he served as CFO at Homebase, where he helped guide the company through a period of significant growth. Prior to that, Moon held the role of VP Finance and interim CFO at Growth Collaborative, where he supported the company through a successful public offering process.

Earlier in his career, Moon transitioned from financial markets into operational finance at Square. He also held positions at Morgan Stanley, advising high-growth companies on capital strategy, followed by investment roles at TPG and Empyrean Capital Partners.
