Susan Bridge brings more than two decades of extensive experience in risk management, model governance, and enterprise compliance to her new role. Her background includes leading enterprise model governance and model equity initiatives at Cigna, where she helped shape ethical AI practices. Prior to that, she enabled the deployment of a new digital tech stack at a national mortgage provider. Her 14-year tenure at Citi included serving as EVP of Decision Management, where she oversaw multi-billion dollar pricing, analytics, and compliance programs while introducing industry-leading governance frameworks.
