Global strategic communications agency IDX has announced a significant expansion of its team, adding 45 new members across its international offices. This strategic hiring initiative, conducted between June and September 2025, is a direct response to growing demand from enterprise clients and underscores the agency's commitment to placing client success at the core of its operations.

  • IDX has added 45 new team members across its global offices in Vadodara, London, Phoenix, NYC, and the Nordics.

  • The expansion is a strategic response to increasing demand from enterprise clients.

  • Hires focus on customer-facing roles in customer success, strategy, and marketing.

  • The growth initiative follows the appointment of Crispin Beale as CEO in June 2025.

  • Several senior-level hires have been made to deepen leadership and service expertise.

  • This reinforces IDX's position as a full-service partner with over 400 employees globally.

Strengthening Global Client Service Capabilities

The new hires are strategically distributed across IDX's key regional hubs, significantly boosting its client service capacity. The expansion includes 22 new team members in Vadodara, India; 15 in London, UK; 5 in Phoenix, US; 2 in New York City, US; and 1 in the Nordics. This global distribution ensures that the agency can provide enhanced, localized support to its international client base, meeting the need for both global reach and regional expertise.

Deepening Leadership and Strategic Expertise

A key component of this growth phase is the strengthening of IDX's leadership bench with several senior appointments. These hires bring decades of combined experience in critical areas such as client development, performance marketing, and digital strategy. The new senior team includes Charlotte Wilkes as Client Development Director, Dustin Diehl as Vice President of Client Strategy, Caroline Thorneycroft as Head of Client Satisfaction, Toby Bull as Principal Client Consultant, John Triplett as Client Development Director, and Vishal Shah as Business Systems Lead.

A Commitment to Client-Centric Growth

This wave of hiring reflects the strategic direction set by CEO Crispin Beale since his appointment in June 2025. The focus has been on investing in people and processes that enhance every client interaction. By bolstering its teams in customer success, strategy, and marketing, IDX is ensuring it has the resources and expertise to not only meet rising global demand but to continue delivering the creativity and measurable results that its clients have come to expect.

The addition of 45 professionals marks a pivotal step in IDX's ongoing evolution. This investment in human capital solidifies the agency's readiness for its next phase of growth, reinforcing its commitment to being a full-service partner that delivers data-driven insight, strategic communications, and performance-driven marketing on a global scale.
