TNL Mediagene has formed a strategic partnership with CMoney, Taiwan's leading financial and consumer data platform, to integrate anonymized retail data into its subsidiary Ad2iction's Ad2 Network and AI-powered Ad2 AI Audience (AIA) solution. The collaboration combines media content strengths with comprehensive consumer purchasing insights to deliver deeper audience understanding and more precise, data-driven advertising for brands in Taiwan.

Quick Intel

  • CMoney integrates 100M+ monthly e-invoice data from 120K retail locations into Ad2iction's DMP
  • Bridges online browsing behavior (beauty, autos, finance) with offline purchase data (categories, channels, amounts, timing)
  • Enhances Ad2 AIA for full-funnel analytics: planning, segmentation, optimization, and reporting
  • Serves CMoney's 10M+ active users and 4M+ app ecosystem (Smoney, Fantasy Invoice)
  • Enables AI agents to refine audience models and boost campaign efficiency
  • Plans for expanded use cases in AI-powered media and retail media networks (RMN)

Bridging Online Interests with Offline Purchases

CMoney's ecosystem captures real-time consumer behavior through its stock platform (10M+ monthly users) and lifestyle apps like Smoney for expense tracking and Fantasy Invoice for unified invoice management (4M+ users). This data, legally anonymized and covering 120,000 retail locations, reveals spending trends, channel preferences, and purchase timing.

Ad2iction's Ad2 Network unifies premium media resources for cross-platform ad exposure, while Ad2 AIA automates data analysis and campaign optimization. By feeding CMoney's retail insights into the DMP, the partnership creates a holistic view: linking user content engagement across TNL Mediagene's brands with verified offline transactions.

This enables brands to move beyond descriptive analytics to predictive intelligence, supporting everything from audience strategy to post-campaign ROI measurement.

"From retail media networks (RMN) to AI agent solutions, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to driving marketing innovation through data and technology. This partnership with CMoney marks a significant deepening of our strategic capabilities within the AdTech landscape. By integrating our combined expertise in consumer data and analytical insights, we can more precisely capture audience profiles and the pulse of market trends. This allows us to further implement data-centric intelligent marketing strategies, delivering more efficient and forward-looking AdTech services to brands," said Joey Chung, Co-Founder & CEO.

"CMoney's core mission is to help people make better financial and lifestyle decisions. By partnering with a forward-looking media group like TNL Mediagene— combining its strong content influence with our data and AI analytics capabilities— we can extend the value of our data assets more effectively. We believe this collaboration will transform data into consumer-centric insights and services, maximizing value across brands, platforms, and consumers alike," Roy Lai, GM of Talaria, a sub-brand of CMoney.

The partnership positions TNL Mediagene to lead AI-driven media evolution in Asia, with plans for joint innovation in new use cases.
