Ogury, the global leader in persona-based advertising, has announced the appointment of Nicolas Bidon as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1. Bidon, a seasoned adtech executive with over twenty years of international experience, will lead Ogury's next phase of innovation and growth, overseeing global operations and advancing its end-to-end, cross-channel advertising platform.

Bidon was previously the Global CEO of GroupM Nexus, part of WPP.
He brings over two decades of international adtech leadership experience.
His focus will be on driving Ogury's next phase of innovation and global growth.
He succeeds Geoffroy Martin, who served as CEO since January 2023.
Bidon will be based in London and oversee operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Nicolas Bidon joins Ogury with an extensive background in leading and scaling global digital organizations. His most recent role was as Global CEO of GroupM Nexus, a WPP network of over 11,000 digital experts. His career at WPP began in 2012 as Managing Director of Xaxis UK, and he was later promoted to Global CEO of Xaxis, where he oversaw its reinvention as an outcome media company powered by proprietary AI technology. Prior to WPP, Bidon held senior positions at Yahoo and various enterprise software startups.
Bidon's appointment comes at a pivotal time for the advertising industry.
