MiQ has acquired Rocket Lab to strengthen its mobile in-app capabilities and expand AI-powered app growth solutions across global markets including Latin America and APAC.
MiQ, a global programmatic media company, has acquired Rocket Lab, a specialized mobile app growth hub. This strategic acquisition significantly expands MiQ’s capabilities in the fast-growing in-app advertising segment and accelerates its expansion into high-growth markets.
The acquisition combines Rocket Lab’s deep expertise in mobile app user acquisition and engagement with MiQ’s established omnichannel programmatic offering. This creates a unified end-to-end advertising solution for brands and agencies seeking measurable growth across all media channels, particularly in mobile.
MiQ will integrate Rocket Lab’s mobile and regional data into its Sigma AI-powered operating system, which already processes 700 trillion signals. This integration is expected to deliver more precise, performance-driven strategies tailored for a mobile-first advertising landscape.
This move follows MiQ’s recent acquisition of Adsmovil, further solidifying its position as a leading independent programmatic player in Latin America. Rocket Lab’s strong footprint in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and Uruguay adds valuable regional expertise in high-growth mobile markets.
MiQ clients will now gain access to Rocket Lab’s specialized app growth solutions, while Rocket Lab will benefit from MiQ’s infrastructure to scale rapidly in its fastest-growing regions, especially APAC.
“By giving global brands and agencies access to our first mobile-app offering through Rocket Lab's AI capabilities, we'll deliver better performance that will continue to strengthen over time."
“This acquisition is a strategic step forward in our commitment to helping clients accelerate customer acquisition through smarter, data-driven marketing,” said Gurman Hundal, Co-Founder and Global CEO, MiQ. “With Rocket Lab’s expertise, we can offer even more tailored solutions that drive real business outcomes, ensuring our clients stay ahead in an increasingly mobile and connected world.”
“Combining our mobile strategy with MiQ’s AI-powered technology reinforces our positioning as an App Growth Hub, bringing unparalleled strength to our multisolutions ecosystem and accelerating how brands scale their apps globally,” said Juan Echavarria Coll, Founder and CEO of Rocket Lab.
Rocket Lab will operate as an independent business unit under MiQ’s ownership and continue to be led by Juan Echavarria Coll as CEO.
