LT.agency, a full-service marketing agency with over 60 years of industry presence, has announced the results of its first year partnering with Fluency, an Agentic Advertising Operating System for search, social and programmatic advertising. The agency has successfully automated campaign execution across hundreds of local markets for retail and homebuilder clients, achieving a 98% reduction in the time spent updating ads while growing its client portfolio without increasing headcount.

The advertising operations challenge LT faced is not unique. According to Fluency's 2026 Agency AdOps Benchmark Report, 94% of advertising executives cite difficulty scaling operations as their biggest challenge. Traditional approaches to growth have relied on hiring, but this strategy proves time-consuming, leads to execution delays, and often results in overstaffing, burnout, and other long-term issues. Sustainable growth requires flexibility that is not tied to headcount, which typically accounts for the majority of an agency's cost base.
Before implementing Fluency, a single creative refresh such as swapping a photo or updating a link across hundreds of local ads consumed an entire 40-hour work week for LT's multi-location retail and homebuilder clients. This pace significantly constrained the agency's ability to grow without adding staff. Securing a large new account alongside existing client work meant scrambling to hire and train personnel just to meet deadlines.
With Fluency, LT now automates manual workflows including campaign setup and launch, budget pacing, account monitoring and reporting through the platform's deterministic agents. These agents handle the operational work that the team previously performed manually. Using Fluency Blueprints, which are pre-set templates that capture LT's own rules and strategy, the agency can have campaigns update automatically as real-world conditions change. This eliminates the need to wait for a strategist to manually identify and implement updates.
For a homebuilder client, this capability means flipping a new community's ads from 'Coming Soon' to 'Now Selling' the moment the community is ready, rather than waiting for a fixed date each month when the team has bandwidth to make the change. This immediacy extends to the end consumer, with homebuyers seeing accurate 'Now Selling' listings in real time instead of stale 'Coming Soon' ads for communities already selling. This accuracy drives better performance for LT's clients and fuels further growth for the agency.
"With Fluency, I can promise clients speed, accuracy and transparency. Before, I had to sacrifice something," said Jess Petersen, VP of Digital Media at LT.agency. "Once you build a system that works, you can replicate that excellence across any industry. That's what Fluency does, turning a month of manual labor into an engine that delivers our best work for every client."
LT has structured its partnership with Fluency around four strategic priorities. First, unlocking new room to grow by running every local campaign a client wants to promote, limited only by budget. This includes launching grand opening campaigns for new retail locations or promoting every home a builder wants to sell, while taking on more and larger client accounts without hiring as they grow.
Second, redirecting reclaimed time to strategic client work. The team no longer works extended hours around the first of the month just to keep pace with routine campaign updates. That time now goes to delivering greater strategic value to clients, including deeper search optimization.
Third, building reliability through fewer errors. Reducing manual, repetitive tasks minimizes errors and allows LT to maintain the high-touch quality that differentiates its work, even while operating at significantly larger scale.
Fourth, reallocating resources to creative. With less time and budget tied up in ad operations execution, LT has redirected resources toward its creative team. The agency hired three new members in a single quarter. The partnership has also helped LT retain its existing team, with no one on the digital media team leaving since adopting Fluency.
The operational efficiency gains have translated directly to client performance. For one multi-location client, LT's move to agentic automation drove a 456% year-over-year increase in form submissions, a 71% reduction in Cost Per Lead, and a 14% decrease in Cost Per Click.
"If you are running an organization that you want to scale, you have to think differently about the way you deploy your processes and your tech stack," said Chase Lane, CEO of LT.agency. "We can now serve more clients at a higher scale, while slowing the rate at which we need to hire and deliver the same or higher quality of work along the way. That is a win, and I can confidently say Fluency has made LT a stronger agency."
In the coming year, LT will expand its automated campaign management through Fluency across more of its retail, homebuilder and other multi-location accounts. The agency also plans to grow its partnership by adopting new capabilities as they roll out.
"LT.agency's story is a prime example of what happens when an agency pairs its own expertise with the infrastructure to execute it at scale," said Heather Chevalley, VP of Growth at Fluency. "The agencies getting the most out of agentic advertising are the ones using the time it frees up to invest in their people and their clients."
