Liao joins Infolinks with extensive experience across adtech, SaaS, media, and data-driven advertising organizations. Most recently, he served as VP of Strategy & Operations at Permutive, where he led partnership strategy and growth initiatives for the company’s data platform and curation media practice.
Before Permutive, Liao held senior leadership positions at Business Insider, overseeing global revenue operations, ad strategy, data strategy, and client operations across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Earlier in his career, he also held strategy and operations roles at Nativo, BuzzFeed, and AOL, focusing on business growth, integrated advertising strategies, and partnerships with agencies, advertisers, and media companies.
