Criteo, the global commerce intelligence platform, has announced the expansion of its Criteo GO platform to include full self-service access for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and growth-stage commerce brands. This update allows advertisers to independently create accounts, manage billing, and launch comprehensive campaigns in as few as five clicks. By providing broader access to its AI-powered performance capabilities, Criteo aims to scale its advertiser base while delivering measurable results across the entire shopper journey.
Rapid Activation: New self-service functionality enables campaign launches in as few as five clicks.
Unified Campaign Environment: Integrates display, video, native, and social channels into a single, automated interface.
Performance Gains: Campaigns incorporating social activation have demonstrated a 20% higher Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Generative AI Creative: Built-in tools automatically produce and adapt ad formats, including video, for consistent messaging.
Massive Data Scale: Leverages Criteo's global data from 740 million daily shoppers and $1 trillion in annual transactions.
Onboarding Agent: A new AI-driven assistant forecasts results and automatically configures key parameters for new users.
Criteo GO is designed to eliminate the complexity of managing fragmented consumer touchpoints. By dynamically allocating budgets across various channels, the platform optimizes spend to ensure the best possible outcomes for growing brands. Unlike legacy tools confined to closed ecosystems, Criteo GO utilizes its vast commerce dataset—covering 5 billion product SKUs—to help marketers engage high-intent consumers across the open internet, social platforms, and mobile devices.
To lead this next phase of growth, Criteo has appointed Google veteran Courtney MacConnell as Vice President of Commercialization for GO. MacConnell, formerly the Head of Shopping at Google, brings extensive experience in scaling AI-powered commerce solutions. She will work alongside Christopher Towl, Vice President of GO Product, to drive the platform's evolution. The self-service capabilities are currently available in the U.S. and U.K., with additional international markets expected to gain access later this year.
"Performance marketing is being redesigned in real time and marketers can no longer afford to operate in channel silos," said Todd Parsons, Chief Product Officer and President of Performance Media at Criteo. "With GO's new self-service capabilities, we're opening our platform to a broader set of advertisers, giving growing brands access to AI-powered, cross-channel, full-funnel performance capabilities at scale."
Eric Prum, Co-Founder & Co-CEO at Very Great, noted the impact on agility: "Criteo GO's AI-powered capabilities allow us to move from idea to execution quickly, helping us stay agile, make smarter decisions, and drive meaningful cross-channel, full-funnel results without adding complexity."
