WilliamsMarston is expanding its capabilities and deepening its presence across the South and West Coast. In his role, Hoffer will lead talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational design to support WilliamsMarston's momentum.
Hoffer brings more than 30 years of experience leading HR and talent strategy across healthcare, financial services, and aerospace and defense.
Most recently served as Chief People Officer at Access Information Management, leading global HR strategy and organizational transformation.
Previously held senior leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, Wellington Management, and The MENTOR Network.
MBA from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and B.A. in Economics from University of Massachusetts Amherst.
