Existing customers have been automatically upgraded, while migrating users receive complimentary data migration support and database enrichment.

MCP Server Integration: Connects Thrive data directly to MCP-compatible AI environments (such as Claude and ChatGPT), allowing leaders to instantly generate pre-call agendas, pitch sheets, and branded client deliverables without exposing proprietary records.
Natural Language Search: Enables users to query their entire relationship history using plain language instead of complex Boolean strings.
To address strict enterprise data privacy requirements, Thrive’s security architecture ensures all requests are processed privately via AWS, preventing client information from leaking or being used for general model training.
