Thomson Reuters has announced a planned executive transition with Mike Eastwood retiring as Chief Financial Officer after guiding the company through significant transformation. Eastwood will assume the role of Chairman of the Board for the Thomson Reuters Foundation, succeeding Jim Smith, and continue supporting Thomson Reuters as an advisor to President and CEO Steve Hasker. Incoming CFO Brings Extensive Global Finance Expertise Gary E. Bischoping, Jr. arrives with a robust background spanning more than three decades in finance.
