TalentNeuron has appointed David Wilkins as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a leadership transition as the company continues expanding its AI-driven workforce intelligence and strategic workforce planning capabilities.
Wilkins previously served as Chief Product and Strategy Officer, where he led TalentNeuron’s transformation across product strategy, AI investments, data capabilities, and technology innovation. His appointment comes as organizations increasingly seek workforce intelligence solutions to navigate rapid shifts in skills demand, automation, and workforce planning.
David Wilkins brings three decades of experience in human capital management (HCM), product strategy, and enterprise technology leadership. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions at Oracle, Taleo, and HealthcareSource, helping organizations adapt to changing workforce and talent management demands.

"David's appointment reflects both the company's strategic direction and the strength of the team we have built to execute against it."
Mairs added:
"Over the past two years, TalentNeuron has undergone a significant transformation: expanding its offering to incorporate strategic workforce planning solutions, deepening its proprietary data assets, and investing heavily in AI, analytics, and product development. TalentNeuron is uniquely positioned in a rapidly expanding market, and we are excited to see what David and TalentNeuron accomplish in their next chapter."
TalentNeuron has recently expanded its platform capabilities through product launches focused on organizational design, cost modeling in strategic workforce planning, and AI-driven workforce intelligence.

The company’s advancements have also gained industry recognition. Everest Group recently named TalentNeuron a Leader in the Skills Intelligence PEAK Matrix and a Luminary in Work Intelligence and Workforce Redesign.
Alongside Wilkins’ appointment, TalentNeuron announced additional leadership changes aimed at strengthening its AI and technology operations.
Florian Fleischmann has assumed the role of Senior Vice President, AI and Business Transformation, while Stephen Prosser joins as Senior Vice President of Technology. The company stated these appointments reflect its long-term investment in AI expertise and technical leadership.
David Wilkins, Chief Executive Officer of TalentNeuron, said:
"AI is changing what work looks like, which skills matter, and how quickly companies need to adapt."
He added:
"The organizations that will thrive through this transition are those with the intelligence to act on it. TalentNeuron was built for exactly this moment. We have the data, the platform, and now the team to help our customers move from reaction to strategy. I am energized by what we have built, and even more so by what we are going to build next.
