Sophie Chesters brings over 25 years of international experience in SaaS, AdTech, and enterprise software, with leadership roles at Google, DoubleClick, Medallia, and UserZoom. At Medallia, as SVP and CMO, she was instrumental in driving the company’s public offering and scaling its marketing operations. Her recent advisory roles with high-growth SaaS companies have honed her ability to accelerate go-to-market strategies, making her a strategic fit for HiBob’s global ambitions.
