  • Sinch promotes Lindy Puttkammer to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) from within.

  • The appointment is effective January 1, 2026, reporting to CEO Laurinda Pang.

  • Puttkammer currently serves as Head of HR Americas and leads Global Compensation & Benefits.

  • She brings over a decade of prior senior HR leadership experience from Lumen Technologies.

  • Current CHRO Christina Raaschou will depart in February 2026 after a transition period.

  • The move highlights Sinch's strategy of developing and promoting internal leadership talent.

A Strategic Internal Promotion
This leadership transition underscores Sinch's commitment to cultivating its executive talent from within the organization. Promoting Puttkammer, who has rapidly assumed significant responsibility since joining in 2024, ensures continuity and a deep understanding of the company's culture and strategic objectives as it moves forward.

Leadership Endorsement and Vision
CEO Laurinda Pang emphasized the value of internal leadership development in the announcement. The promotion is seen as a strategic step to maintain momentum in global talent development and organizational culture, building upon the foundation established by the outgoing CHRO.

"It is always a special moment when we are able to promote an exceptional leader from within our own organization," said Laurinda Pang, CEO of Sinch. "Lindy's deep understanding of our culture and business, combined with her comprehensive expertise, makes her the ideal person to lead our HR department forward. I am confident that she will build on our success and continue to develop our global talent."

Managing a Structured Transition
The appointment follows the decision of current CHRO Christina Raaschou to pursue a new professional challenge. To ensure stability and knowledge transfer, Raaschou will remain in her position until the end of February 2026, facilitating a seamless handover of responsibilities.

"We are immensely grateful for Christina's leadership and the significant contributions she has made during her four years at Sinch. She has been a driving force in our success, particularly in the vital work of integrating our acquisitions. Her efforts have been crucial in shaping our people, our culture, and our company. We wish her all the best in her next chapter," said Laurinda Pang.

This planned executive transition allows Sinch to capitalize on internal expertise while acknowledging the contributions of departing leadership. It positions the company to continue its focus on talent and culture as key components of its global growth strategy.
