Throughout his career, Gaylord has led large-scale organizational transformation initiatives focused on workforce globalization, talent strategy, culture development, and organizational effectiveness and planning. He also brings expertise in human capital technology and innovation, including leveraging automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline operations. Most recently, Gaylord served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Epiq, where he led People Group teams across 18 countries, supporting more than 10,000 team members worldwide. He has also held senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan and Payless ShoeSource.

Gaylord holds Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University.
