HR Path, a global leader in HR consulting and HRIS implementation, has completed the strategic acquisition of Blueprint HR Software Solutions, the HR technology division of India-based Blueprint Technologies. The move significantly expands HR Path’s footprint in India, the Middle East, and APAC while enhancing its delivery capabilities in SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, and UKG solutions.
With this acquisition, HR Path reinforces its position as a one-stop partner for end-to-end HR transformation. The addition of Blueprint HR Software Solutions brings specialized talent and proven implementation experience in key HR technology platforms, enabling stronger support for multinational clients across emerging and established markets.
The deal markedly increases HR Path’s operational scale in India and accelerates penetration into the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other APAC geographies. Clients gain access to an expanded pool of certified consultants delivering SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, and UKG services from a cost-effective and high-skill delivery center.
