Remote People, formerly known as Horizons, has completed its rebranding to better represent its matured offerings as a full-lifecycle global employment platform. This shift moves the company from a focused Employer of Record (EOR) model to an integrated solution that handles every stage of international hiring and business expansion.

The platform now provides a single partner experience, starting with in-house recruitment, progressing through compliant employment via EOR services, and extending to contractor management, US Professional Employer Organization (PEO) support, global mobility, and advisory for entity incorporation. This comprehensive approach enables companies to build and manage remote teams efficiently across more than 150 countries.

Antoine Boquen, CEO of Remote People, said: "Horizons was the right name for where we started. Remote People is the right name for where we're going. We're not just an EOR anymore. We take care of the full hiring and expansion experience, from recruitment to compliant hiring, to incorporation. The name says exactly what we do — we're the people behind your remote workforce."

Since achieving profitability in 2020, Remote People has prioritized sustainable growth through robust infrastructure and personalized human support rather than aggressive sales or marketing investments. The company maintains a strong emphasis on compliance and operational excellence.

Key performance highlights include serving over 3,000 companies worldwide, achieving a 97% annual customer retention rate, and earning the #1 position on G2 in categories such as Ease of Use, Best Support, and Best Meets Requirements.

For current customers, the transition is designed to be seamless, with all existing contracts, services, and account relationships continuing without disruption. The updated branding will gradually appear across the platform, communications, and invoicing in the coming weeks. The new website is now live at remotepeople.com, where companies can schedule consultations or log in for the refreshed experience.

This rebranding positions Remote People as a trusted, enterprise-grade partner for organizations pursuing global talent strategies with a focus on simplicity, reliability, and cost-effective growth.
