Employ Inc., a leading provider of people-first intelligent hiring solutions through JazzHR, Lever, and Jobvite, has appointed Patrick (PJ) Jean as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, PJ will lead the company’s technology strategy and execution, accelerating innovation cycles, enhancing platform performance, and ensuring products meet the evolving demands of modern hiring teams.
PJ brings over two decades of experience building and scaling AI-native products, leading high-performing engineering organizations, and driving revenue through technical excellence. Most recently, he founded and served as CTO of momentiq.ai, an AI cognitive services platform focused on reasoning models in agentic systems. Prior to that, he held senior engineering and technology leadership positions at ABBYY, OutSystems, Citrix, and Apttus. He began his career by launching his first startup shortly after college.
At a critical time in the evolution of talent acquisition technology, PJ’s appointment strengthens Employ’s ability to integrate advanced AI capabilities across its portfolio while maintaining a people-first approach.
