DHI Group, Inc. has appointed Elizabeth Andora as Chief People Officer, effective immediately, succeeding current Chief Human Resources Officer Pam Bilash, who will retire on April 1, 2026. Ms. Andora brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across technology, software, consumer products, and aerospace and defense sectors.
