CTM has announced four new integrations aimed at helping businesses connect marketing performance data with customer interactions across channels. CTM’s Google Local Services Ads (LSA) integration adds marketing performance data directly into the platform, helping businesses improve attribution reporting and optimize follow-up workflows tied to customer inquiries and ad performance.
The LinkedIn Ads integration connects CTM call tracking and activity data to LinkedIn’s Conversions API, enabling organizations to attribute phone calls, SMS conversations, and offline conversion events to specific LinkedIn campaigns and ads.
According to CTM, this integration provides advertisers with improved visibility into full-funnel campaign performance and supports more accurate ROI measurement using real attribution data.
The Reddit Ads integration similarly supports offline conversion tracking by connecting call and lead activity directly to Reddit campaign performance, improving campaign optimization and conversion analysis.
Meanwhile, the Genius Monkey integration focuses on impression-level attribution by linking programmatic advertising impressions with inbound call tracking and multi-touch conversion visibility.
