The current hiring push targets talent for customer service and bilingual sales roles. TTEC is specifically seeking candidates proficient in language combinations including French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, and Turkish, paired with English. By leveraging Cairo’s rich pool of multilingual talent, TTEC continues to provide "technology plus humanity" to iconic global brands, ensuring seamless interactions across every virtual channel.
Since entering the Egyptian market in 2023, TTEC has accelerated its regional presence, highlighted by the opening of a state-of-the-art facility in Maadi Technology Park in early 2025. The company’s growth is backed by a Memorandum of Understanding with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), reflecting a commitment to sustainable economic impact and the development of local tech talent.
