  • RippleMatch brings AI-powered candidate matching and campus recruiting tools.
  • JobGet’s candidate network now exceeds 100 million job seekers.
  • The companies aim to improve hiring efficiency and reduce cost-per-hire for employers.
  • RippleMatch CEO Audrey Patenaude said the deal expands opportunities for candidates and employers.

Acquisition Expands AI Hiring and Early-Career Recruitment

The acquisition combines JobGet’s large-scale candidate network with RippleMatch’s AI-powered early-career recruiting platform, employer relationships, and campus hiring infrastructure.

According to JobGet, the combined platform will help employers manage high-volume hiring more efficiently while giving candidates access to broader employment opportunities across hourly, frontline, and early-career roles.

"We're incredibly excited to welcome RippleMatch into JobGet," said Tony Liu, CEO of JobGet. "RippleMatch has built a strong early-career hiring platform with a highly engaged candidate network, meaningful employer relationships, and technology that improves how companies discover and connect with talent. As JobGet continues to grow, we are focused on bringing together the best assets in hiring and connecting them to a broader platform that serves candidates and employers more effectively. RippleMatch is a great example of that strategy, and we believe the combination will create meaningful value for customers, candidates, and partners."

AI Recruitment Technology Targets Hiring Efficiency

Both companies highlighted ongoing challenges in modern recruitment, including increasing application volumes, candidate sourcing complexity, and evolving entry-level career paths shaped by AI and workforce transformation.

RippleMatch’s platform includes AI-driven candidate matching, automated resume screening, interview scheduling, and virtual event management capabilities. These features will complement JobGet’s existing AI-powered hiring platform, which focuses on candidate sourcing, workflow automation, and hiring process visibility.

JobGet also outlined several solutions employers can access through the expanded platform:

  • Access to a larger pool of student and early-career candidates through RippleMatch’s network.
  • Reduced hiring costs through JobGet’s SpendSmart platform, which optimizes recruiting spend using ATS performance data.
  • Improved hiring visibility and workflow automation through the company’s HireReady platform.

The companies say the integration will help employers centralize recruiting operations while improving candidate quality and hiring speed.

Consolidation Continues Across HR Technology Market

The acquisition reflects broader consolidation trends across the HR technology and recruitment software sectors, where companies are increasingly using AI-powered platforms to streamline sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring operations.

"Joining forces with JobGet accelerates RippleMatch's mission to help early-career candidates find meaningful career opportunities and help employers hire more effectively in an AI-transformed market," said Audrey Patenaude, CEO of RippleMatch. "Together, we can exponentially expand the reach of our platform, give candidates access to a broader range of opportunities, and provide employers with a more powerful recruiting solution that delivers on a larger share of their hiring needs".

JobGet stated that its acquisition strategy focuses on integrating hiring platforms into a shared infrastructure powered by AI-driven workflows, candidate supply, and centralized hiring data.

As AI adoption continues reshaping recruitment processes, employers are increasingly prioritizing platforms that can improve efficiency, reduce cost-per-hire, and simplify hiring across multiple workforce categories.
