Viamedia.ai, a next-generation ad tech company focused on simplifying today's fragmented media landscape, today announced the formation of its local-first omnichannel operating system, a unified platform combining Viamedia's exclusive inventory, advertising demand, and unique intelligence assets to meet the future of advertising. Viamedia's products and services are now unified into three core pillars.
Viamedia.ai announces local-first omnichannel operating system
Three core pillars: ViaOS, ViaSSP, and ViaIQ
ViaOS represents demand side with omnichannel campaign planning tools
ViaSSP provides exclusive and extended local-first supply with global reach
ViaIQ is intelligence foundation with first-party audience intelligence
Serves brands, advertisers, agencies, broadcasters, streaming providers, FAST channels, and MVPDs
ViaOS represents the demand side of the company's business, with tools to help advertisers plan and purchase omnichannel campaigns. ViaSSP represents the company's exclusive and extended local-first supply, with global reach. ViaIQ is the intelligence foundation that supports both efforts, providing first-party audience intelligence for planning, activation, campaign insights and reporting that buyers and sellers need to operate in the current media paradigm.
ViaOS is an AI-enabled omnichannel platform for audience and inventory planning, ordering, optimizing, and reporting across linear, streaming, and digital advertising. Advertisers, agencies, broadcasters, MVPDs, and other ad tech companies can now work with Viamedia on a managed service basis to build omnichannel campaign plans, send a proposal, and activate deals to platforms in real-time.
ViaSSP is a local-first supply-side platform that provides global scale for all video demand. ViaSSP manages all linear and streaming inventory from Viamedia's exclusive linear, streaming, and video partners, as well as extended inventory from exchanges and other premium supply partners.
ViaIQ combines Viamedia's unique first-party data, built from 20 years of linear video history, with data and audience insights from its Geo-Graph platform. Geo-Graph uses Uber's H3 hexagonal grid system to enrich and transform geography from a static filter into an intelligent planning, activation, and insight layer, unlocking clustered household-level precision, consistent cross-channel execution, and privacy-first targeting at scale.
"Advertising is changing rapidly, and it's never been more important for brands to take an omnichannel and insights driven approach to meet consumers wherever they are," said Evan Rutchik, President and Chief Strategy Officer at Viamedia.ai. "Through ViaOS, ViaSSP, and ViaIQ, we now offer a technology layer that any player in the advertising ecosystem can easily plug into. Whether it's a regional MVPD, a channel partner, an agency holding company, a Fortune 100 advertiser or a local business, Viamedia can serve as the operating system for matching brands, inventory and consumers in optimal fashion."
Following the 2025 acquisition of LocalFactor, Viamedia has continued adding new clients, partners, and employees, while also making technological innovations for advertisers, broadcasters and MVPDs. These include the launch of the Parrot ADS technology platform for broadcast addressability, significant updates to its Geo-Graph solution, and growing its exclusive video footprint through a partnership with broadband communications provider Sparklight.
