uRecruits has launched uR Talent CRM, a new AI-powered recruitment CRM designed to unify candidate sourcing and applicant tracking within a single continuous hiring workflow. The platform is aimed at HR teams, recruiters and staffing agencies looking to streamline talent acquisition without splitting candidate data across disconnected systems.

The launch expands the uRecruits platform following the release of its AI Pre-Screening Agent and Interview Scheduling Agent earlier this year. Starting at $39 per month, uR Talent CRM is now available immediately to all customers.

uRecruits Addresses Fragmented Recruitment Workflows

uRecruits said many recruiting platforms separate candidate relationship management and applicant tracking into disconnected systems, creating duplicated records and operational inefficiencies.

According to the company, the best candidates are often sourced and nurtured long before they formally apply for a role. uR Talent CRM was developed to maintain a single continuous candidate record from first engagement through hiring without requiring manual re-entry of information.

The company stated that candidates can transition from sourcing pipelines into applicant tracking workflows with a single click while preserving full engagement history.

AI-Powered Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management

The newly launched platform introduces several capabilities focused on candidate sourcing and relationship management.

uR Talent CRM supports four candidate intake methods:

  • Manual candidate entry
  • Bulk CSV uploads
  • JSON and API imports from existing recruitment CRMs
  • AI-powered PDF resume parsing with extraction of more than 30 data points

Candidates are organized within a centralized talent pool alongside access to uRecruits’ public candidate database. Recruiters can manage relationships using engagement stages including Contacted, Engaged, Interested, Nurturing and Not Interested.

The platform also includes a drag-and-drop kanban interface for visual pipeline management across sourcing and hiring workflows.

With the addition of uR Talent CRM, uRecruits now offers an end-to-end AI recruitment platform covering sourcing, job posting, assessments, screening, scheduling and hiring analytics.
