Paul Ignasinski joins Atento with over two decades of experience in the customer experience (CX) technology sector, having held key leadership roles at industry-leading companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Everise, overseeing technology and innovation strategies, including EverAI Labs, since September 2024. Prior roles include Chief Innovation Officer and Head of Artificial Intelligence at Full Potential Solutions, and Senior Vice President of Digital at TTEC, where he drove global sales strategies and innovative CX solutions. “I’m very excited to join Atento during such a decisive and consequential moment for the CX industry.
