London, UK | 27th October 2026: Origin, the AI-native Enterprise Benefits Intelligence platform, today announced the completion of its planned listing with ServiceNow, the Super Intelligence Control Tower for business reinvention, enabling employees to receive verified answers to benefits questions within the ServiceNow AI Platform, through the Origin Benefits Agent App.
The partnership between Origin and ServiceNow was announced at ServiceNow Knowledge 2026. The collaboration connects Origin's proprietary AI engine directly within ServiceNow, empowering employees to receive accurate, contextual answers to benefits questions without having to raise a ticket, wait for a human response, or navigate to a different system.
Origin's listing on the ServiceNow Store follows a robust, ServiceNow-led certification process that includes a comprehensive security review, technical certification, and a formal partner agreement. The Origin Benefits Agent App is available now and ships as a packaged install requiring no custom development, ensuring fast time to value once a customer's owned benefits data is live on Origin for each country in scope.
Commenting on the partnership, Origin's Co-Founder and CEO, Chris Bruce, said: “Benefits data is notoriously difficult for employees to access and understand, which makes it a high-ticket category. This complexity has also prevented the self-service transformation seen across other elements of the HR remit. General-purpose AI simply can’t handle the intricacies of global benefits data and so the drain on HR resources and business costs has continued.
“To solve this problem, we’ve built Origin to run on structured benefits data from large multinationals: plan definitions, eligibility rules, carrier terms, policies, and country-specific provisions,” added Bruce. “This enables Origin to return answers that are both plan-accurate and jurisdiction-specific, and we’re delighted to be delivering this vital benefits information directly to employees for the first time, within the ServiceNow AI Platform.”
When an employee asks a benefits question in the ServiceNow Employee Center, ServiceNow Otto identifies the query as benefits-related and routes it to Origin in real time. Origin then draws on the customer's structured benefits data to deliver an accurate, contextual response. The employee receives that response in seconds, within the ServiceNow interface, ensuring a seamless end to end experience.
“Our collaboration with Origin is a great example of what can be achieved when an AI platform built for scale is underpinned by the right data and subject matter expertise,” said Jessica Bynum, VP, Global Benefits and Wellness, ServiceNow. “Origin provides exactly that, and we’re excited to see the value it will deliver for us as a client, as well as for the many shared customers, and their employees, we serve together.”
Jamie Fitt, SVP Strategic Growth and Partnerships at Origin, added: “By connecting Origin into the ServiceNow Employee Center, we’ve addressed two challenges in one. We’re helping end users to access the benefits answers they need, easily, and within a familiar system, while reducing HR service queries at scale.”
The integration is now live on the ServiceNow Store, subject to a direct agreement between the customer and Origin. Learn more here.
