As Singapore cements its position as Southeast Asia's AI capital, monday.com is committing leadership, infrastructure, and long-term investment to the region.
Singapore, 17 June 2026 — monday.com, the AI work platform that turns strategy into execution at scale, today announced the appointment of Chris Jordan as Regional Vice President SEA and Country Manager for Singapore, alongside the establishment of Singapore as its second Asia-Pacific headquarters, after Sydney. Together, these moves mark a significant deepening of monday.com's commitment to the region, anchoring its ASEAN growth strategy in one of the world's most dynamic AI economies.
Singapore has long served as the nerve center for multinational technology businesses across the region, offering world-class talent, a robust regulatory environment, and a government actively co-investing in AI transformation. Singapore's 2026 Budget reinforced that commitment, introducing a national AI council, tax breaks for AI expenditures, and funding to support workers building AI skills.
Nearly half of Southeast Asian companies have moved beyond AI pilots, with Singapore standing out as a regional leader with 56% of enterprises reporting progress toward scaled AI adoption. Yet despite strong executive intent and rising investment, talent shortages, integration complexity, and unclear ROI continue to prevent AI initiatives from delivering measurable bottom-line impact. The execution gap is where monday.com is uniquely positioned to support Southeast Asia organizations, offering a flexible AI work platform that helps enterprises move from pilot to production and turn AI investment into sustained business outcomes.
Since establishing its Singapore headquarters in October 2025, monday.com has built a regional team of more than 30 people and continues to expand, reflecting momentum already well underway. The company has seen 23% year-on-year growth across Southeast Asia and today serves more than 4,700 customers in the region, as enterprises shift from AI experimentation to execution at scale.
Jordan brings more than 20 years of experience scaling organizations across Asia-Pacific, with senior leadership roles at BBDO and nearly a decade at Salesforce across commerce, marketing, and cloud solutions, most recently serving as Regional Vice President for Slack across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, Jordan leads monday.com's Southeast Asia and India operations, with a focus on enterprise growth, partner ecosystem development, and helping organizations deploy AI to actually do the work for them.
“Across Southeast Asia and India, enterprises are deeply energized by what AI can do for their businesses and are ready to move from curiosity to execution at scale, and Singapore is at the center of that shift," said Chris Jordan, RVP SEA and Country Manager, Singapore, monday.com. "Establishing our regional headquarters here is a statement of long-term commitment, not just to Singapore, but to every market across the region, and I am excited to help lead that charge.
"Chris brings exactly the right experience to lead one of our most strategically important markets in APJ," said Dean Swan, GM of APJ at monday.com. "With a strong team on the ground, we are set up to go deeper with customers and partners across the region in a way that creates real, measurable impact."
