Appointments Build On The Company’s Ad Network Expansion And Continued Platform Momentum
NEW YORK — Jan. 9, 2026 — beehiiv, the newsletter-first operating system for the content economy, today announced the promotion of two executives: Preeya Goenka to Chief Customer Officer and Dan Krenitsyn to Chief Operating Officer. The leadership appointments build on recent momentum at the company, including the expansion of the beehiiv Ad Network and the hiring of veteran ad executive Andrew MacMannis as Vice President of Ad Sales & Customer Success from LiveIntent.

“As beehiiv continues to grow, investing in leaders who deeply understand our users, product, and how to execute is critical. Preeya and Dan have been central to beehiiv’s success and will continue to be trusted partners in their new roles as we enter our next phase of growth,” said beehiiv co-founder and CEO Tyler Denk.
Goenka joined beehiiv in 2022 as Chief of Staff and one of its early employees. She was promoted to Chief Operating Officer the following year. In both roles, Goenka has helped shape the company’s product strategy and customer-first approach as it expanded to serve tens of thousands of publishers and hundreds of millions of readers. Before beehiiv, Goenka spent six years at Marigold leading customer success across email platforms including Campaign Monitor and Sailthru, and later, ran go-to-market strategy at Noogata, a Series A AI company. As Chief Customer Officer, she will oversee onboarding, support, customer success, and long-term growth for creators and publishers.
Krenitsyn joined beehiiv last year as Chief of Staff and has played a key role in strengthening the company’s operational foundation. He brings deep experience across media, technology, and consumer subscriptions, with prior strategy and operations roles at Meta and DoorDash, growth leadership at The Information, and advisory work with digital media and subscription businesses including Puck and Air Mail. As Chief Operating Officer, Krenitsyn will lead day-to-day operations and cross-functional execution as beehiiv continues to expand its product suite.
“beehiiv is at a pivotal moment,” said Krenitsyn. “We’re building the infrastructure for the next generation of media, and that requires precision and speed. I’m excited to help scale the company responsibly while staying true to what has made beehiiv special from the beginning.”
“As beehiiv continues to scale, this role allows me to focus even more deliberately on our customers,” said Goenka. “Throughout my time at beehiiv, the most rewarding part of my work has been working closely with our customers and helping them succeed. I look forward to deepening that focus as we support our users in building real, sustainable businesses on beehiiv.”
These leadership promotions follow beehiiv’s recent announcement of a major expansion of its Ad Network, one of the company’s largest strategic bets to date. Designed to make advertising a first-class, scalable revenue stream for newsletters, the beehiiv Ad Network is built to unlock predictable monetization at scale without creators needing to build their own sales infrastructure. As part of that effort, beehiiv hired Andrew MacMannis, who brings more than a decade of experience scaling LiveIntent, the largest programmatic advertising network built specifically for email.
MacMannis joins an Ad Solutions leadership team led by Jake Schonberger, who oversees strategy and operations for the Ad Network. beehiiv plans to continue hiring across sales, customer success, product, machine learning, and performance analytics, with additional investment in optimization, pricing intelligence, and advertiser performance.
“What YouTube did for video, we’re doing for newsletters,” Denk added. “The Ad Network is a massive company bet, and we’re backing it with talent, product, and real investment. This is just the beginning.”
The Ad Network expansion and these appointments build on beehiiv’s broader platform evolution unveiled at its Winter Release Event, where the company introduced new capabilities across digital products, analytics, dynamic content, and AI-powered web tools. Together, these moves reinforce beehiiv’s role as the operating system for the content economy — the infrastructure creators and publishers use to build, grow, and own their businesses.
