ASI Cloud Launches to Deliver Permissionless AI Infrastructure for Developers, Enterprises, and Web3 Builders

23 September 2025 – London, UK — CUDOS and SingularityNet,  members of the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI), today announced the official Beta launch of ASI Cloud, the next-generation permissionless GPU Cloud and AI Services platform.

The first release of ASI Cloud introduces LLM Inference-as-a-Service, offering access to a catalogue of leading open-source large language models (LLMs) through an OpenAI-compatible, pay-per-token API. Backed by enterprise-grade NVIDIA hardware and over two decades of expertise in data centre and cloud infrastructure, the service delivers the scalability and reliability needed for real-time AI applications without lock-in, friction, or hidden costs.

“Centralised clouds have made AI expensive, opaque, and fiat-only. With ASI Cloud, we are removing those barriers,” said Luke Gwinecki, Head of Product at CUDOS. “Developers now have transparent pricing, wallet-based access, and the ability to scale globally in minutes. This is about speeding up developer workflow and giving builders the freedom to innovate without compromise. This launch marks the start of a wider roadmap to deliver AI services on our GPU Cloud platform, under the ASI Alliance brand.”

The launch builds on the combined strengths of ASI Alliance members:

  • SingularityNET supplies the inference service backend, R&D innovations, and operates model catalogue

  • CUDOS, the Web3 arm of CUDO Compute, operates the globally distributed GPU infrastructure across 13 regions, ensuring enterprise-grade SLAs

“ASI Cloud represents a major step forward for the open and decentralised AI ecosystem,” said David Taylor, Chief Marketing Officer at the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance. “By combining enterprise-grade compute with Web3-first access, we are empowering SaaS builders, researchers, and Web3 startups to deploy AI at scale, while staying aligned with the principles of openness and transparency that define the ASI Alliance.”

At launch, ASI Cloud features:

  • OpenAI-compatible API with one-click model access

  • Top open-source LLMs, including Gemma-3-27B-IT, Llama-3.3-70B, and Qwen-3-32B as well as ASI’s flagship ASI:1-mini model

  • Transparent, competitive, usage-based pricing starting at $0.07 / 1M input tokens and $0.16 / 1M output tokens

  • Crypto-first billing with ASI tokens, FET, and USDC, with fiat payments to follow

The launch of ASI Cloud is the foundation for a wider ecosystem of services delivered by the ASI Alliance. Developers who join from day one will not only access enterprise-grade inference services but also help shape upcoming features, including fine-tuning, multimodal AI, and encrypted workloads. Early adopters will play a pivotal role in defining the evolution of ASI Cloud, ensuring the platform grows in step with the needs of builders and enterprises worldwide.

About ASI Alliance:

The Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) Alliance is a collective formed by Fetch.ai (FET), SingularityNET (AGIX), and Ocean Protocol (OCEAN). As the largest open-sourced, independent entity in AI research and development, this alliance aims to accelerate the advancement of decentralized Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and, ultimately, Artificial Superintelligence (ASI).

About SingularityNET:

SingularityNET was founded by Dr. Ben Goertzel with the mission of creating a decentralized, democratic, inclusive, and beneficial Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). An AGI is not dependent on any central entity, is open to anyone, and is not restricted to the narrow goals of a single corporation or even a single country. The SingularityNET team includes seasoned engineers, scientists, researchers, entrepreneurs, and marketers. Our core platform and AI teams are further complemented by specialized teams devoted to application areas such as finance, robotics, biomedical AI, media, arts, and entertainment. SingularityNET is a founding member of the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, the largest open-source, independent player in AI research and development.

About CUDOS:

CUDOS is powering AI by uniting blockchain and cloud computing to realise the vision of a sustainable, equitable, and democratised Web3.
