Deloitte’s Comprehensive Audit

Deloitte, a Big Four auditing firm, conducted a thorough examination of Surfshark’s systems, including interviews with personnel and reviews of server configurations for standard, static, and multiport VPN servers. The audit, aligned with ISAE 3000 standards, verified that Surfshark’s privacy practices match its no-logs policy. “In an era where digital privacy is constantly threatened, independent verification is a crucial pillar of trust for any digital services,” said Donatas Budvytis, Chief Technology Officer at Surfshark.

Ensuring User Privacy

The assessment confirmed that Surfshark does not collect or store data on users’ browsing history, IP addresses, or session details, ensuring robust privacy protection. Deloitte’s evaluation of server deployment processes and privacy settings further validated Surfshark’s adherence to its stated policy, providing users with confidence in their online security. The detailed ISAE 3000 report is accessible to all Surfshark users via their accounts.

Ongoing Innovation in Cybersecurity

Surfshark continues to lead in privacy innovation with initiatives like public no-logs DNS servers, designed for privacy-conscious users, and Surfshark Everlink, a patented self-healing VPN infrastructure for seamless connectivity. These advancements complement the company’s commitment to maintaining the highest privacy standards through regular independent audits.

Surfshark’s second Deloitte verification underscores its dedication to transparency and user trust, positioning it as a top choice for secure, private browsing in a digital landscape where privacy is increasingly at risk.
