RADCOM Ltd. has announced the launch of RADCOM ADM (Analytics Designer Module), a new addition to its RADCOM ACE platform. The module enables network data analysts to define, configure and deploy datasets, KPIs and alarms in real time without vendor dependency or software release delays, significantly improving agility for telecom operators managing complex, large-scale networks.
RADCOM has launched the ADM (Analytics Designer Module) for its ACE platform.
The module enables real-time KPI, dataset and alarm configuration without vendor intervention.
It reduces analytics change cycles from months to same-day deployment.
ADM supports sub-minute, up to 10-second resolution network analytics.
It integrates with RADCOM Neura and AIM for AI-driven network assurance.
The solution is designed for Tier-1 telecom operators managing complex networks.
RADCOM ADM is designed to remove long-standing limitations in telecom analytics systems by enabling operators to independently define and deploy analytics configurations. Traditionally, changes to datasets or KPIs required vendor involvement and software release cycles, often causing delays of weeks or months.
With ADM, operators can now make these changes in real time, allowing faster response to network issues and more agile operational decision-making across large-scale telecom environments.
The ADM module addresses three core limitations in legacy analytics systems: lack of flexibility, high operational cost and limited real-time responsiveness.
By enabling on-demand configuration of KPIs and datasets, the system reduces dependency on custom development cycles. It also enhances cost efficiency by eliminating the need for vendor-led changes and enables near real-time analytics with granularity as fine as 10 seconds, supporting faster troubleshooting and decision-making.
"The pace at which network conditions change demands analytics that can keep up," said Eran Dotan Rosenberg, Vice President of Product Management at RADCOM. "With RADCOM ADM, operators can define the data they need, at the resolution they need it, and the moment they need it. The platform adapts to the operator, not the other way around. And because streaming data flows directly into RADCOM Neura's agentic AI layer, ADM serves as the data foundation that makes Neura's agents reliable and accurate, turning real-time insights into automated action."
RADCOM ADM is powered by the RADCOM RASE (Real-time Adaptive Streaming Engine), which supports dynamic data aggregation and enables sub-minute analytics resolution. The system is designed to capture and process network performance data as events occur, providing operators with immediate visibility into subscriber experience and network behavior.
The architecture required a significant rebuild of RADCOM’s core infrastructure, including in-memory databases and redesigned processing frameworks to support large-scale, real-time telecom environments.
A key feature of the ADM module is its integration into RADCOM’s broader ACE platform. Every KPI defined within ADM flows into multiple platform components, including network analytics, anomaly detection (AIM) and RADCOM Neura’s agentic AI layer.
This unified approach ensures a consistent data model across the platform, enabling a single source of truth for network performance, troubleshooting and automation use cases.
RADCOM ADM is designed to serve multiple stakeholders within telecom organizations. Network operations teams can use it for real-time fault resolution, while engineers and planners can leverage structured datasets for optimization and capacity planning.
Additionally, business teams such as marketing, fraud management and device analytics can access BI-grade reporting to support decision-making across commercial and operational functions.
The module also provides analysts with an integrated development environment-like interface, enabling them to define and deploy KPIs, datasets and alarms tailored to specific organizational needs.
RADCOM ADM will be generally available to RADCOM ACE customers in the third quarter of 2026 as a licensed module. It is designed to integrate seamlessly into RADCOM’s existing assurance ecosystem while extending capabilities for real-time analytics and AI-driven automation.
