Announced on June 18, 2025, the alliance combines Rackspace’s expertise in hybrid cloud and AI with Sema4.ai’s innovative SAFE platform to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions. Addressing a critical gap highlighted in Rackspace’s AI research report—where only 24% of enterprises scale AI agents effectively—this partnership enables businesses to deploy custom AI agents tailored for functions like HR, finance, customer support, sales, and operations.
