Nota AI has signed a major collaboration agreement with Samsung Electronics’ System LSI Business to provide its industry-leading AI model compression and optimization technology for the new Exynos 2500 application processor. Nota’s core technology is now integrated into Samsung’s Exynos AI Studio toolchain, dramatically improving efficiency and performance for on-device generative AI.
Exynos AI Studio is Samsung’s developer toolchain for optimizing and deploying AI models on Exynos processors. With Nota AI’s compression and optimization technology now at its core, developers can achieve significantly higher efficiency and performance – unlocking richer generative AI features that run locally on the device.
"The integration of Nota AI's optimization technology into Exynos AI Studio has enhanced the efficiency of on-device AI model development compared to previous generations," said Chulmin Jo, Vice President of Mobile AP S/W Development at Samsung Electronics. "We are pleased with the strong results from this collaboration and look forward to continued advancements together."
"This collaboration represents a breakthrough case in bringing our AI optimization technology to globally commercialized consumer devices," said Myungsu Chae, CEO of Nota AI. "It's more than just supplying software—we've built a tightly integrated framework where AI hardware and software converge to deliver high-performance generative AI at the edge."
The partnership marks the first time Nota’s technology has been deployed in mass-market consumer smartphones, validating years of R&D and strategic backing from Samsung and other Korean tech giants.
With fresh capital from its recent KOSDAQ IPO, Nota AI is now accelerating global expansion into North America, Europe, and the Middle East – positioning itself as a leader in the fast-growing on-device generative AI ecosystem.
