MasOrange has selected Polystar, part of Elisa Industriq, to deploy a unified analytics and network probe solution across its newly combined mobile network. The collaboration follows the integration of two separate mobile networks and aims to provide a single, consistent platform for KPI alignment, network visibility and service assurance across both legacy environments.
MasOrange has selected Polystar for unified network analytics and probe solutions.
The platform integrates Osix Monitoring and Kalix Analytics across hybrid infrastructure.
Deployment spans on-premises systems and Google Cloud-based environments.
AI Anomaly Detection enhances real-time issue identification and response.
The solution consolidates KPIs across previously separate mobile networks.
It enables end-to-end visibility, including potential RAN monitoring expansion.
Following the merger of two mobile networks, MasOrange required a consolidated analytics platform capable of standardizing KPIs and replacing fragmented legacy systems. Polystar’s Osix Monitoring and Kalix Analytics platforms have been deployed to address this need, providing unified observability across network operations and services.
The solution ensures that operators can access consistent performance data across the entire mobile infrastructure, enabling better alignment between technical and business-level metrics.
The platform is deployed using a hybrid architecture that combines on-premises infrastructure with Google Cloud and Kubernetes-based processing. This setup allows MasOrange to scale analytics capabilities dynamically while maintaining operational continuity across existing systems.
By integrating with existing analytics tools and operational systems, the deployment supports a smooth transition without disrupting ongoing network operations.
A key feature of the solution is Polystar’s AI Anomaly Detection module within Kalix Analytics. During validation using live network data, the system demonstrated the ability to identify affected users during service disruptions and support coordinated response actions.
This capability enables faster and more accurate identification of network issues compared to manual processes, improving both operational efficiency and customer experience outcomes.
The solution also enables MasOrange to extend visibility into radio access networks (RAN), providing a more comprehensive end-to-end view across all network domains. This capability is expected to further enhance troubleshooting, service assurance and performance optimization.
The system is designed to integrate with existing operational tools, ensuring continuity while enabling enhanced analytics capabilities across the network stack.
Polystar’s solution was validated through a detailed evaluation process that included demonstrations, reference checks and live network data simulations. This approach confirmed the platform’s ability to deliver actionable insights in complex, real-world telecom environments.
The validation process played a key role in demonstrating operational fit and performance reliability, supporting MasOrange’s decision to adopt the platform.
"Our team demonstrated the advantages and concrete outcomes of our solutions through the level of insight they can deliver. We are already exploring additional use cases with MasOrange where Kalix and Osix can further enhance operational performance, observability, and customer experience." said Georgios Baltoglou, CEO of Polystar, Elisa Industriq.
The partnership reflects a broader industry shift toward AI-driven network assurance and unified observability platforms. By combining real-time analytics, hybrid cloud scalability and anomaly detection, Polystar’s solution is designed to help operators improve operational performance while maintaining service quality across complex network environments.
