ZoomInfo has announced new platform capabilities integrated from Workbounce, an unstructured go-to-market knowledge platform it acquired in 2024. By embedding Workbounce’s semantic knowledge layer into ZoomInfo's GTM Context Graph and headless layer, GTM.AI, the company bridges the gap between external market intelligence and the proprietary operational knowledge scattered across enterprise tools.
ZoomInfo integrated capabilities from Workbounce, a knowledge platform for unstructured GTM data acquired in 2024.
The integration extends GTM.AI by ingesting internal company knowledge from call transcripts, emails, decks, Slack threads, and documentation.
Workbounce combines internal institutional memory with ZoomInfo's verified market data, contacts, and buying signals inside a single GTM Context Graph.
Features powered by the integration include semantic asset retrieval, reduced administrative seller burden, and next-best-action recommendations.
Co-founders Adam Smith and Rowan Bailey joined ZoomInfo, with Smith serving as Vice President of Product Management.
Benchmarking data for ZoomInfo's CLI and MCP highlights high execution efficiency, achieving strong work-email coverage and reduced token consumption compared to standard web searches.
Until now, go-to-market artificial intelligence agents have relied primarily on structured databases covering companies, contacts, and buying signals. However, a significant portion of valuable go-to-market context remains unstructured, hidden within internal conversations, customer emails, call recordings, and cloud storage repositories.
By incorporating Workbounce, GTM.AI can now parse and reason over internal enterprise knowledge while maintaining strict data governance, lineage, and permission controls. This allows AI agents to understand both the broader market landscape and the specific account history behind every prospect.
"There are three context graphs inside every organization; corporate search, engineering, and product. The Workbounce acquisition powers our ability to deliver the GTM Context Graph across this unstructured data that is critical to GTM teams everywhere," said Henry Schuck, Founder and CEO of ZoomInfo. "ZoomInfo gives GTM.AI the verified structured data needed to understand the market. Workbounce adds the institutional knowledge inside your own walls. When those two layers come together, an agent can understand both the market and the account, with provenance, permissions, and confidence built in."
Workbounce serves as a semantic search and analytics layer that connects directly to tools sales teams already use, replacing rigid keyword searches with meaning-based retrieval. In practical workflows, this enables revenue teams to instantly surface relevant case studies, reconstruct account histories, review past customer calls, and generate tailored next-best-action recommendations.
"Workbounce was built on a simple belief: a team's most valuable knowledge is often its most scattered," said Adam Smith, Vice President, Product Management at ZoomInfo. "ZoomInfo has the trusted structured data layer for go-to-market. By bringing Workbounce into GTM.AI, agents can ground their answers in both external market truth and everything the team already knows, exactly when that context is needed."
