Cognito, the specialist communications agency for the financial and technology sectors, has appointed Joanne Parker as a Non-Executive Director. She joins Cognito’s global board of directors, chaired by Mark Smith.
Jo Parker brings 25+ years of international marketing and communications leadership.
Former Group COO at Chime and CEO of VCCP Business, overseeing five specialist agencies.
Will support Cognito’s global growth strategy and expansion in finance, technology, and climate transition sectors.
Previous roles include CEO of Teamspirit, growing it into an award-winning global agency.
Actively engaged in non-profit governance, including trustee of The Climate Group.
Parker’s appointment reinforces Cognito’s ambition to scale and expand internationally. With deep expertise in building agencies within independent and global networks, she will work with the board and leadership team to accelerate growth.
