Jones most recently served as CEO of Bumble, where she advanced digital transformation initiatives and leveraged machine learning to scale enterprise capabilities. Prior to that, she was Executive VP and GM of Digital Experiences at Salesforce and later became CEO of Slack following its acquisition by Salesforce. At Slack, she guided enterprises in delivering personalized, connected experiences across Experience, Commerce, and Marketing Clouds.
Earlier in her career, Jones held leadership positions at Sonos, Inc. and Microsoft, and served on the boards of Compass Working Capital and Astound Commerce.
