Zoom Expands AI Capabilities for Revenue Teams

Sales organizations often struggle with fragmented customer information spread across multiple platforms, making it difficult for sellers to access complete customer context during the sales process.

To address this challenge, Zoom has enhanced Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) with three new AI-powered capabilities that help sellers and managers take action on customer insights instead of simply analyzing conversation data.

According to IDC, 34% of sales executives identify improving interoperability between disconnected systems as their top sales initiative, while 28% prioritize reducing the number of sales platforms they manage. The latest ZRA enhancements are designed to support this growing demand for unified revenue intelligence.

New AI Features for the Sales Workflow

The latest release expands Zoom Revenue Accelerator beyond conversation intelligence by embedding AI across the entire sales lifecycle.

Key additions include:

  • Sales Assist – Delivers real-time deal guidance, competitive intelligence, objection handling, discovery prompts, battlecards, and framework capture during customer meetings.
  • Ask ZRA – Enables sellers and managers to ask natural-language questions across customer conversations and revenue data to uncover account history, deal risks, coaching opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Sales Roleplay – Provides AI-powered practice simulations that allow sales representatives to prepare using realistic customer scenarios and personalized coaching before engaging with prospects.

Together, these capabilities help sales teams improve preparation, execution, coaching, and post-meeting analysis.

AI Before, During, and After Every Customer Conversation

Zoom has positioned the latest Revenue Accelerator enhancements to support every stage of the customer engagement process.

Before meetings, Sales Roleplay enables sellers to practice conversations and strengthen sales techniques through AI-generated simulations.

During live meetings, Sales Assist provides contextual recommendations and competitive intelligence without disrupting customer conversations.

After meetings, Ask ZRA allows teams to analyze conversations, identify deal risks, review account history, and generate actionable follow-up insights using natural language.

Additionally, MCP Server, including Zoom's integration with OpenAI Codex, extends Zoom Revenue Accelerator into compatible AI platforms and enterprise workflows, allowing organizations to securely access revenue intelligence across their technology ecosystem.

New Essentials and Premium Offerings

To support organizations at different stages of AI adoption, Zoom is introducing two new subscription options.

Zoom Revenue Accelerator Essentials, launching in August, is designed for organizations beginning their AI journey. It includes core conversation intelligence capabilities along with access to Sales Assist, Ask ZRA, and Sales Roleplay through a flexible consumption-based model.

Zoom Revenue Accelerator Premium is built for organizations looking to scale AI across revenue teams. In addition to all Essentials features, it includes:

  • Unlimited Sales Assist usage.
  • Monthly AI credits for Ask ZRA and Sales Roleplay.
  • Enhanced administrative controls for AI governance and adoption.

The new consumption-based pricing model allows organizations to align AI investments with usage while maintaining predictable costs and governance.

Zoom Revenue Accelerator Essentials will start at $66 per user per month, billed annually, while Zoom Revenue Accelerator Premium will be available from $99.99 per user per month, billed annually.

Leadership Perspective

"Every customer conversation is more than a record of what happened; it's an opportunity to shape what happens next," said Madison Muchow, general manager of Zoom Revenue Accelerator at Zoom. "We believe AI should do more than summarize interactions; it should help revenue teams prepare smarter by coaching continuously, and execute with confidence to drive more pipeline. That's the future we're building at Zoom."

With these new AI capabilities, Zoom continues expanding its revenue intelligence platform into a comprehensive AI-powered sales solution that helps organizations improve seller productivity, strengthen customer engagement, and drive more predictable revenue growth.
