Winston Agency has launched a new AI transformation offering aimed at helping enterprise and high-growth marketing teams integrate AI into their day-to-day operations. The Los Angeles-based independent creative agency said the initiative builds on its AI-native operating model, which has been used across campaigns, digital content, and activations for brands including AAA, SmartRecruiters, NETGEAR, and CubeSmart.
The announcement comes as organizations continue exploring how AI can improve creative workflows, campaign production, and operational efficiency across modern marketing environments.
According to Winston Agency, the new offering is designed to help in-house marketing teams adopt AI more effectively through practical implementation strategies and workflow integration.
The program focuses on AI training, operational workflow design, and ongoing support aimed at helping organizations modernize content production and campaign execution processes.
"Most companies are still trying to understand what AI means for their teams," said Chris Byrne, CEO and co-founder of Winston Agency. "We've spent the last several years building it into how we actually work, from briefing through production, and now clients are asking us to help them do the same internally."
The agency stated that it has already trained eight client teams and delivered 13 workshops as part of its AI transformation initiatives.
Winston Agency described itself as an independent creative agency built around an AI-native operating model rather than adapting legacy processes to accommodate emerging AI tools.
Founded by Chris Byrne, former SVP at MediaMonks (now Monks), and Creative & Technology Partner Chris Doe, the agency integrates AI across briefing, production, campaign development, and content operations.
Over the past two years, Winston reported delivering 112 campaigns while achieving 30% to 70% faster delivery timelines and saving clients more than $800,000 globally.
The agency also noted that it continuously evaluates emerging AI technologies, testing between 10 and 20 tools per quarter as part of its evolving operational framework.
"There's been a lot of focus on building AI platforms," Byrne said. "Our focus has been on building an operating model that evolves just as quickly as the technology itself."
Winston Agency said it has expanded its client base across financial services, technology, consumer electronics, and self-storage sectors over the past year.
The company added 16 new clients and reported 94% revenue growth during the same period. Its workforce also grew by 92% year-over-year, reaching 40 employees.
The agency combines U.S.-based senior leadership with a Latin American production team, which it says provides enterprise-level creative services with a 35% cost advantage compared to fully U.S.-based operational models.
In addition to its AI transformation offering, Winston continues to expand services across:
Winston said it is entering the second half of 2026 with additional client engagements across healthcare, technology, and consumer sectors, alongside plans for a future brand refresh.
