TeamViewer Strengthens Marketing Leadership

TeamViewer has named Peter Ruchatz as its new Chief Marketing Officer as the company continues to expand its global enterprise and SMB software business. In his new role, Ruchatz will lead the company’s worldwide marketing organization and support the execution of TeamViewer’s platform-led growth strategy.

Ruchatz joins TeamViewer with extensive experience in software marketing and demand generation across international technology organizations. Throughout his career, he has worked with category-defining companies including Microsoft, Salesforce, Veeam Software, Celonis, and Thinkproject.

Extensive Experience Across Enterprise Software Companies

Before joining TeamViewer, Ruchatz served as CMO at Veeam Software, where he developed strong expertise in engaging IT professionals and enterprise technology buyers. At Celonis, he held the role of SVP Demand Generation, leading global pipeline development programs at enterprise scale.

His previous leadership positions also include CMO at Thinkproject and VP Marketing EMEA Central at Salesforce. Earlier in his career, he spent five years at Microsoft as Senior Director for Business Solutions in Redmond, gaining significant exposure to the US software market.
